For course Personal Leadership

     In this course I hope to develop my leadership skills at my school. I believe that if I can take an active role in how my department educates our students then we can eliminate duplication, assist each other as teachers and improve our student success rate. I have come from 24 years of service in the U.S. Army and while I am a good leader in that culture I understand I have much to learn about how to lead teachers in the civilian community.
